RAVAS Holiday Closing
From Monday December 25 until Monday January 1, the RAVAS headquarters in Zaltbommel will be closed for the holidays. Our teams will be ready for you on Tuesday January 2 2024. See the information below if you want to reach out to us during the holiday closing.
Sales
The RAVAS Europe headquarters are closed as of Monday, December 26th until Friday, December 30th. In case of any inquiries on new and/or existing orders, please reach out to salesoffice@ravas.com.
Service
During the holiday closing, the RAVAS Service team is only available for emergencies from Tuesday, December 27th until Friday, December 30th. In case of an emergency, please call +31 418 304320 and your call is being forwarded to a Service Technician. You can direct all other service requests to service@ravas.com.
Suppliers
During the holiday closing, suppliers and dealers cannot deliver nor pick any goods between Monday, December 26th and Friday, December 30th. Questions about unloading can be sent to warehouse@ravas.com, and questions about loading can be sent to shipping@ravas.com. Please note that before and after the RAVAS holiday closing, our goods reception and warehouse are open for loading and unloading between 8 AM and 3.30 PM on week days.
