All brands of stacker trucks can be equipped with the RPW ST scale. Perfect for quality control while filling drums, for mixing of ingredients from containers, or for simple weights checking in warehouse or production.

Retrofit or factory fit

All stacker trucks can be equipped with the RPW ST scale. The fork construction of the truck is mechanically modified, in order to mount the scale components with only 5 mm of added fork height. A scale indicator of your choice shows the weight on the forks and communicates with a truck terminal or warehouse management system if desired.

Construction

Frame

The frame is entirely adapted to enable load cells to be built in. The fork shoes are screwed onto the load cells. Installation without any moving parts and full protection of load cells and cables.

Indicator

The indicator and the optional peripheral equipment are mounted in such way that they enable a good reading and at the same time do not hinder the operation of the electric stacker truck.
