What will you be doing?
You will be the international point of contact for spare parts requests from customers and distributors. Due to the international character of RAVAS, questions and orders are handled in multiple languages. You are the pivot between all internal departments for the handling of questions and orders. You love working in a technical and dynamic environment where customer and distributor are key.
This is what you will do as Spare Parts Employee:
- You will be responsible for working out spare parts quotations and entering spare parts orders;
- You advise customers on products and alternative options and services.
- You check the status of all orders on a daily basis;
- You maintain contact with customers regarding the status of deliveries.

About the role and about us
- MBO working and thinking level;
- You have a proactive work attitude and high accuracy. This is required when entering and checking data and/or files, and supplying spare parts quotations.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. A third or fourth language would be fantastic.
- Able to work independently and achieve commercial goals;
- Driven, sales-driven and able to think in terms of opportunities.
- A salary between € 2900 and € 3300 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your experience;
- 27 vacation days and on top of that 13 scheduled days off, most of which can be freely taken;
- Possibility to work hybrid;
- Part of the CAO Metalektro, with a comprehensive pension plan with PME;
