RAVAS iCP Performance forklift weighing system
Whereas traditional systems merely measure weight, the iCP Performance displays in real time how the load is distributed across the forks. Operators can immediately see whether the load is positioned safely and receive real-time active warnings in the event of a dangerous centre of gravity. Maintenance and calibration have also been greatly simplified.
Calibration is carried out electronically via the RAVAS RedBox, making the process quicker, simpler and less reliant on specialist knowledge. In addition, calibration can also be carried out using the (free) RAVAS Indicator App on any Android device, offering extra flexibility and ease of use.
These improvements not only reduce costs but also minimise truck downtime during operations.
