About the position

What will you do?

In this role, you will be the international point of contact for customers and distributors. You will support the entire sales process – from quotations to order fulfilment – and ensure that all commercial and administrative processes run accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics and other internal departments and ensure that data is processed correctly in ERP and CRM systems. Thanks to your structured approach and customer-focused attitude, you ensure an optimal customer experience.

You play a central role within the Sales Office and ensure that processes run smoothly. In practice, this means that you:

Sales support

  • Supporting the Sales team in achieving commercial targets
  • Responding to and following up on customer enquiries and appointments
  • Informing customers about deliveries and coordinating enquiries/complaints

Commercial administration

  • Preparing and processing quotations and orders
  • Managing customer and lead data in the CRM
  • Ensuring complete and accurate record-keeping, including credit checks

Commercial communication

  • Acting as the first point of contact for current quotations and orders
  • Liaising with internal departments and resolving issues
  • Identifying and sharing commercial opportunities and customer information

About you

What do you bring?

  • MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an international sales support role
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (French is an advantage)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Exact Synergy/Globe)
  • Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and a proactive approach to work
