RAVAS is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (OEM) who can further expand our position in Europe and capitalize on new opportunities.
About the job
What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll serve as the link between the market, customers, and the organization within the material handling industry. You’ll develop new business and strengthen existing relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)—that is, customers who integrate our products into their own systems or end products—while combining commercial and technical expertise and working closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Marketing to achieve our growth objectives.
You’ll have a lot of freedom to develop your market and make a real impact. In practice, this means that you’ll:
- Identify and acquire new OEM customers in Europe;
- Further develop existing key accounts into strategic partnerships;
- Actively explore new markets, such as AGVs and material handling attachments;
- Identify sales opportunities and translate them into concrete actions and results;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial plans and KPIs;
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions;
- Travel regularly within Europe to maintain and expand relationships.
About you

You spot opportunities and know how to capitalize on them. You thrive on building relationships and opening new doors, enjoy delving into technical issues, and switch effortlessly between engineers and management in an international environment.
What do you bring to the table?
- HBO level of education and thinking;
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales or business development;
- Affinity with technology and/or logistics;
- Experience with partnerships and complex (OEM) processes;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe;
- Independence, commercial drive, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month;
