Technical Buyer

About the position
Your tasks
As a production worker, you are an indispensable link in our production process. You will work with colleagues in the production and logistics team to assemble, test and prepare high-quality products for shipment. The work is varied and requires accuracy, technical insight and a service-oriented attitude. The products and customer requirements vary, which makes your work varied and challenging.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparation: preparing orders using pick lists and checking stock, parts and components.
- Assembly: assembling mechanical and electronic parts using tools, performing light mechanical operations (such as drilling, grinding, welding) and connecting and adjusting electronic components to end products.
- Testing: calibrating and testing systems to customer specifications (functionalities such as WLAN and Bluetooth), recording results and preparing calibration certificates.
- Preparing for shipment: cleaning and carefully packaging end products for shipment.
About you
What will you bring?
You are technically skilled, enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail. You feel at home in a production environment where quality, tidiness, cooperation and customer focus are key. In addition, you are eager to learn and show initiative in carrying out processes efficiently and carefully. You have:
- An affinity with mechanical and electronic assembly work.
- Physical stamina (bending, lifting and working with moving parts).
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
- A positive work attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Accuracy, flexibility and collegiality.
