CPQ stands for Configure, Price & Quote. Simply put, it is software that helps to:
- Configure customer requirements
- Automatically calculate prices and technical consequences
- Create error-free quotations and orders
And you will help to set up this system in a smart way and improve it further!

What will you be doing?
Our sales and product configurator is an important project within RAVAS. You will play an active role in this and learn a lot on the job. Your daily tasks:
- Setting up and maintaining the CPQ configurator (articles, texts and decision logic);
- Collaborating on the link between CPQ and the Exact Globe ERP system;
- Coordinating with the Sales Office and Product Management on product structures;
- Checking and improving quotations and information flows;
- Ensuring that orders are entered correctly in Exact Globe.
About you
What do you bring us?
You are a starter or junior with an interest in both IT and Commerce. You enjoy solving puzzles and creating clarity in complex information. You recognise yourself in:
- (Almost) completed higher professional education, e.g. CE, Business Studies, Business IT & Management or Industrial Engineering;
- Analytical and logical thinking skills (decision logic, if-then structures);
- Structured and accurate;
- Not afraid of details and complexity;
- Communicative skills: interacting with colleagues from sales and operations;
- Eager to learn and curious about systems and processes.
