Intern Digital Marketing: Customer Journey
Are you curious about how customers think, feel and decide in their journey from initial contact to long-term collaboration? During this internship, you will have the opportunity to map out the customer journey at RAVAS. You will investigate how customers find us, their experience and why they choose RAVAS again, in the various countries and markets where RAVAS operates.

About the job
What will you be doing?
You will conduct the research from our head office in Zaltbommel. Together, we will determine for which countries you will further develop the customer journeys. You will actively contribute to an even better customer experience and help to better align marketing, sales and service. You will be supervised by an experienced marketer who will guide you through the process step by step.
What will you be doing?
- Mapping the entire customer journey of (potential) customers in different countries;
- Researching customer needs, contact moments and motivations for choosing RAVAS again;
- Comparing customer journeys between countries and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Analysing data and feedback to gain insight into decision-making moments;
- Creating personas and journey maps as input for marketing and sales activities;
- Collaborating with departments such as marketing, sales, product management and service to translate insights
into action.
About you
What will you bring?
- MBO or HBO learning level;
- You are proactive and have an eye for detail;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- You have affinity with data, automation and AI;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Interest/experience with online marketing in a B2B environment.
