⏰ 32 - 40 hours per week
About the position
Your tasks
As Continuous Improvement Officer, you are a key figure in driving structural improvements within RAVAS. You play a clear coordinating role: you bring together insights from data, audits and operational feedback, and translate these into concrete improvements within processes and the Quality Management System (QMS).
In doing so, you ensure that quality, safety and sustainability become an integral part of day-to-day operations. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager, Product Compliance Officer and various departments within RAVAS.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and overseeing organisation-wide process improvements
- Analysing performance based on data, KPIs and operational input
- Translating insights (including from complaints, incidents and audits) into concrete improvement actions
- Identifying trends, risks and structural bottlenecks
- Defining and monitoring KPIs and improving management reports
- Managing, optimising and safeguarding the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Supporting the management, maintenance and safeguarding of certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Ecovadis)
- Conducting root cause analyses and coordinating improvement measures
- Preparing and conducting internal audits and following up on external audit findings
- Connecting stakeholders and fostering a data-driven and continuous improvement culture
About you
What will you bring?
You are analytical, eager to learn and proactive. You feel at home in a dynamic, international production environment and are able to maintain an overview whilst implementing improvements step by step. You are able to engage stakeholders and connect with people across the organisation in an approachable manner.
In addition, you bring the following:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) level of working and thinking, preferably in business administration or a technical field
- Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation
- An interest in data-driven working and KPI management
- Experience with (or an interest in) AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English

- A gross full-time salary of between €3,300 and €5,000, based on your knowledge and experience;
