You are an all-round Marketing & Communications professional. In this versatile and coordinating role, you make a difference with your enthusiasm, creativity and focus on results. You know how to position a brand in a B2B market and you have a clear idea of what kind of activities fit into this. For instance, you consider it a top-class sport to organise high-quality trade fairs and events in Europe, but you also have knowledge of social media or content creation. You have an open personality and know how to quickly find cooperation partners within an organisation. In addition, you are a strong communicator and stand behind your ideas.
Marketing Communications Coordinator
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase RAVAS' brand awareness internationally.
- Manage and optimise our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement with our target audience.
- Create engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, infographics and videos, to attract and retain the interest of potential customers.
- Setting up promotions and campaigns for the sales department, among others.
- Responsible for lead management, including following up leads, maintaining contact with potential customers and encouraging conversion.
- Organising and coordinating trade shows and other offline & online events to increase RAVAS' visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Affinity with the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in organising trade fairs and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Creative thinking skills and an eye for detail.
- A nice salary between €3387,- and € 4400,- gross per month, in accordance with the CAO Metalektro
- 27 holidays and, on top of that, 13 scheduled days off
