You are THE person responsible for shaping reliable financial information using BI for internal and external use, and you are capable of involving your team in this process. You are structured, analytically strong, and able to implement process optimizations. Preparing and executing month-end closings and cash management, including forecasting, are not unfamiliar to you. You work closely with your colleagues to implement improvements and process optimizations. You will lead, coach, and guide the finance team, and your leadership style is characterized by situational leadership.
Strong in building a reliable financial foundation
Finance Manager
- Manage a team of 4 FTEs
- Transactional automation
- Prepare and manage month-end closing
- Cash management and cash forecasting
- Financial process improvements
- Liaise with HR regarding the salary process and initiate improvements
- Working capital improvements, optimizing accounts receivable and accounts payable, collaborating with back-end sales
- Manage VAT obligations
- Prepare legal documents and fiduciary matters
- Act as a financial controller when necessary
- Completed HBO-level education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Preferably experience in a production environment or similar
- Experience in an international working environment
- Familiarity with Exact ERP and Power BI
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- A competitive salary ranging from €5,500 to €7,000 gross per month
- 27 vacation days plus an additional 13 rostered days off

The Finance department consists of a business controller, accounting coordinator for the USA, and 4 finance employees. As a Finance Manager, you will lead the 4 finance employees and report directly to the CFO.
