Main Job Responsibilities

* Execute a sales plan for mobile weighing solutions within the material handling industry in the territory.
* Build a base of high-profile accounts with repeat sales potential.
* Bring in new business opportunities at the distribution level by working closely with dealers' key stakeholders and end-users.
* Achieve all monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
* Be a RAVAS brand ambassador with new consumers across various verticals in the mobile weighing and material handling industry.
* Utilize CRM to monitor customer activity, report to management, and review forecasts accordingly.
* Daily cold calling and prospecting for new business at the OEM, dealer, and end-user level while managing existing business retention.
* Achieve a targeted number of trial installations every quarter.
* Develop account expertise through customer profiling and identifying key decision-makers.
* To gain a full understanding of all our product lines and all their applications.
* Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
* Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key company personnel.

Competencies

* Five years outside sales experience, preferably in the material handling industry/mobile weighing business
* Team player, relationship, and customer-centric with a high sense of urgency.
* Strong communications, project management, planning, and organizational skills
