Thursday 2 April 2020, 20:00h | Based on the advice of expert and advisory bodies, the Dutch government has announced that the measures that have been imposed so far to prevent the further spread of the corona virus will remain in full force, at least until 28 April. Naturally, RAVAS follows government guidelines closely. The conditions regarding production, sales and service have not changed.

But due to the fact that many office personnel works from home and production employees work in shifts, delivery times are longer than normal. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Friday 20 March 2020, 13:00h | More and more carriers indicate that they can no longer guarantee the lead times of the transport.
Since the Dutch government has closed schools, childcare, restaurants and sports facilities until April 6, RAVAS has also adjusted the measures for personnel and processes at home and abroad. Thanks to the efforts of all RAVAS employees and the technological resources available to us, this operation is proceeding without any significant problems. The prognosis is therefore that we can deliver current and new orders in the coming months as expected. In an exceptional case, delivery times could be exceeded, because we let our production employees work in shifts to avoid as much physical contact as possible. We appreciate your understanding for this measure.
At the same time, we have urged all RAVAS employees at home and abroad to cancel all face-to-face appointments with customers, suppliers and other external parties. Our service technicians will also support our customers remotely as much as possible by telephone and email. If they receive a request for repair in 'vital organizations', such as distribution centers or logistics warehouses, our people will consult with the customer to find the most suitable solution. Urgent orders placed for this purpose will also be delivered as soon as possible.
The upcoming weeks will show how the corona pandemic will develop, both in the Netherlands and worldwide. The management of RAVAS emphasizes that the safety and health of our own people come first, and that we will do everything we can to continue to serve our customers as well as possible. Of course, within the limits of the achievable. In the unlikely event that we cannot meet the standard that you are used to from us, we ask for your understanding. The past few weeks have shown how flexible, decisive and strong team RAVAS is, at home and abroad. We are very proud of that. And that is why we trust that only together we can control this corona pandemic.
