The driver weighs the collected containers in the presence of the client, the client signs for the weight collected and immediately knows what will be invoiced. A question of trust.
SITA Ecoservice processes hazardous waste materials. Different waste flows are delivered to the site in Almelo in different ways, but all flows need to be weighed and registered: for invoicing, planning and for the hazardous waste registration required by law. Therefore every lorry has an electric pallet truck with legal for trade scale on board and every forklift truck at the Almelo site is equipped with a legal fort trade scale. All weight data on waste flows is transferred to the SITA computer system.
